Any potential customer agrees to solely use the website for lawful purposes, and not to compromise the security of the website, render it inaccessible to others or cause damage to the content, service or website. As a user you agree to refrain from any action that may add, subtract or modify the content of the site. You agree to refrain from accessing content without permission and will not use the website in any way other than the way it is intended.
Exclusions and limitations
The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fameable excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website, and excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.
Fameable does not however exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.
Products and Services
By making a purchase, the customer certifies that has read carefully and understood all the provided information about the nature and characteristics of the products and services we offer.
Payments will be pre-authorised at the time of placing an order. No products or services shall be supplied without payment. We use PayPal’s secure payment gateway; they handle the transaction on our behalf and as such we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except to your name, email and address which is necessary in order for us to fulfil your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Delivery
Digital or virtual products usually have same-day delivery, but could take longer depending on the degree of personalisation required by the client.
In the case of physical or tangible products, they are dispatched by post quickly, usually in the same week the order has been placed. In the UK we use Royal Mail. For exports we use a Royal Mail international delivery service unless instructed otherwise. All postal shipments are tracked, as long as tracking service is available to the destination.
As delivery times vary depending on different factors, some of them out of our control, Fameable cannot and does not make any guarantees about how long it will take to deliver a product or service. Any estimate provided about how long it will take to deliver a service is simply a guideline to help our customers plan ahead.
Cancellation and refund policy
Customers have 30 days since the reception date to notify any underdelivery or problem with their purchase. After that period, no claims will be admitted.
In the event that Fameable is forced to cancel an order, a similar service will be offered to the customer. In the event that the replacement service is unsuitable, Fameable will make a partial or full refund of the fees paid by the customer, minus any costs incurred. The replacement service may not be the same price as the original service.
Both the customer and Fameable have the right to terminate any services agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services shall be refunded.
In the case of dissatisfaction, customers have a 30 day period to return physical products and receive a full refund. The product should be complete and in its original packaging. Shipping costs should be paid by the customer.
The customer certifies that the information given in the purchase order is correct and acknowledges that any false or incorrect information may compromise the delivery of the products and services. If the customer is found to have intentionally provided false contact details, address or billing information, no refund will be provided.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscription services acquired on our website can be cancelled by the customer anytime, by direct cancellation through the customer’s Paypal account.
In case of any problem with a subscription service, it should be reported during the active month. Payments for previous months are non-refundable.
If a customer fails to make payment for their subscription within the specified billing cycle, their subscription will be automatically canceled. Despite the cancellation, the customer remains liable for the outstanding payment for the unpaid month.
